I can definitely help you with your personal training needs.

So what I typically do next is set up a Fitgrade Fitness Assessment ($125) at Power 3 (where Bodies By Mary is located at 7227 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236).

This way we can discuss your goals; gather baseline data and measurements. This data is used to set successful goals, track progress and evolve your program to achieve quick results efficiently. 

Once we schedule this Assessment, fill out our digitized Waiver & New Client Questionnaire before coming in for your FitGrade Assessment here:  

After we receive the completed questionnaire, then you will be sent an email with more details on expectations and personal training pricing information. This Assessment also includes the Not Optional Seminar that you will schedule separately.

*Before this assessment please answer the following questions via email/text:

**1. What time of day would be your ideal training time?

**2. What day of the week would be your ideal training day?

**3. How many times a week is your ideal number of times you are willing to come in for a sessions?

#BBM12Challenge

I started this hashtag to encourage clients to give themselves a 12 month comment to their health. It takes the average person a year to attain their health goals. I've noticed throughout the years, if you half-ass it, it will easily take you two years. With that being said, I've had determined clients that crushed their goals in 90 days! 

Everyone is different, medically, not just because your love ones tell you that you are special. We chemically process, burn, build, gain, grind differently to where it alters a body in a way that shows the true good/bad results.

$85 per single session

1 Hour - $960 ($80 X 12 sessions )

1/2 Hour - $660 ($55 x 12 sessions)

1 Hour 2-4 people group - $630/person ($52.50 x 12 sessions)
