Online Training includes:

12 Months of Domination Program Options:

O3

Three days each week, you are determined to complete your workout. I will hold you accountable to those three scheduled times each week.

O2

Twice days each week, you are determined to complete your workout. I will hold you accountable to those two scheduled times each week.

O1

Once days each week, you are determined to complete your workout. I will hold you accountable to that one scheduled time each week.

12 Month Domination Pricing:

This payment can be auto deducted monthly. Only if you pay the one time 12 month fee, then you are showing commitment to achieving your goals. After 12 months, month to month programs and pricing become available. 

If you choose the three times a week (meaning twelve times a month), then you are committing yourself to going to the gym three times a week/twelve times a month. If you only go to the gym ten, or less, times for the month then you will be charged the accountability fee of $10 for that month. Twice a week/8 sessions monthly will be charged the accountability fee of $10 for that month if you only go to the gym six or less times. Once a week/4 sessions monthly will be charged the accountability fee of $10 for that month if you only go to the gym 3 or less times. Lastly, if you do not send your monthly transformation pictures, then you will be charged $20 for that month.
